May Day at 40 Leadenhall: Bringing Colour, Rhythm and Renewal to the City
Tucked just off Leadenhall Street, where the pace of the City rarely slows, a new mural quietly introduces a different rhythm. May Day, a large-scale hand-painted work by artist Lothar Götz, now occupies a prominent wall at 40 Leadenhall, offering a moment of colour, movement and pause within one of London’s busiest districts.
A New Mark for a New Chapter
Last year marked ten years of The London Mural Company - a decade of painting walls, shaping spaces, and creating large-scale artistic work across the city and beyond.
To mark the anniversary, we revisited our visual identity. Our original logo was rooted in the language of traditional craft marks, hand-painted signwriting, and emblem-style design. It reflected our beginnings as painters and our early desire to communicate skill, trust, and permanence.

The first project of the year is always an exciting one - and for The London Mural Company, 2025 began with a burst of colour, creativity, and youthful energy.
